We're seeking an Entry-Level Communications Assistant to join our fast-growing team and support the development and execution of dynamic communications campaigns for our clients.

As a Communications Assistant, you’ll help drive local outreach, support live events, and strengthen the connection between our clients and the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients at local events, community activations, and in-person promotions

• Assist in organizing and executing on-site campaigns and outreach events

• Deliver key messaging through face-to-face interactions with the public

• Build rapport with community members, customers, and event attendees

• Support promotional teams and brand ambassadors during event operations

• Help coordinate logistics and materials for public-facing campaigns

• Collect feedback and help assess community engagement success

You’ll Be Trained In:

• Public speaking and live customer engagement

• Event setup, promotion, and execution

• Brand representation and messaging

• Community relations and grassroots marketing

• Campaign coordination and performance tracking

We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable speaking with new people

• Interest in marketing, public relations, or event coordination

• Reliable and punctual with great organizational habits

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Some college or experience in customer service, hospitality, or events is a plus
